Abstract
The article discusses structure within
structuralism from the positions of the phenomenon
of dissymmetry. Proceeding from binarity peculiar to
structuralist constructions, the author draws a conclusion
about their main dissymmetrical property - transition
of each fi rst member of an opposition into its opposite.
In connection with this any made structure can
be presented as a dissymmetrical system consisting of
anantiomorphs (mirror opposites). Dissymmetry in this
structure reveals itself in its classical variant, when conventionally
D- (right) and conventionally L- (left) components
of the bifi eld (dualfi eld) of the structure (its opposites)
are opposed to each other statically.

Abstract
Temporality is the most important characteristic
of consciousness in organizing the produced
knowledge. The peculiarity of time in mass consciousness
is associated with its differentiating ability. The article
investigates the question posed by epistemology to
the phenomenon of depersonalization - the question of
the mechanism by which the uncontrolled cognition of
reality transfers into conscious. The authors analyze social,
economic and cultural aspects of increasing infl uence
of the transformist concept of regionalization of the
world, its differences based on social, cultural, religious
and confessional features of countries (for example, Orthodox,
Arabic, Muslim, Buddhist etc.).

Abstract
The article is concerned with the issues of
global and national. It studies the role of national selfconsciousness
in modern conditions, the infl uence of
national values and national value-oriented consciousness
on common processes of globalization. In terms of
globalization, ethnicity is one of the main factors determining
peoples historical future, especially at the crucial
points of social progress. The formation of national
spirituality acquires a special meaning in the context of
humanization of education as a process of transforming
universal values. It is on the soil of national interests
protection where Russian patriotism is built.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of
scientifi c status of legal philosophy, its formation and
development as an independent branch of philosophical
knowledge: its current state in foreign and domestic
science. It deals with the issues of a parity of legal philosophy
and the theory of law and state as independent,
but interconnected and interpenetrated disciplines. The
defi nition of the subject matter and methodological role
of the former and the latter in relation to specifi c legal
sciences are analyzed. An approach is substantiated to
teaching the course of philosophical and legal theory as
a component of juridical education under modern conditions.

Abstract
This article studies Indian philosophy and
the metaphysics of Indian religions in the light of the
categories theism, pantheism and panentheism.
The Indian concept īçvara-vāda (from īçvara -
personal deity and vāda - study) correlating with
the concept theism is considered in its historical and
philosophical aspects. Since the metaphysical basis of
Indian religiosity is essentially impersonal, pantheistic
and panentheistic in contrast to the absolute-theist basis
of monotheism, it has been concluded that the status,
place and role of īçvara-vāda is functional theistic and
not absolute theistic (the terms functional conception
of personality, absolute-substantial conception of
personality were suggested by A.F. Losev).

Abstract
This article makes an attempt to explain
the existential modus of history in K. Marxs philosophy.
The author shows that besides social and economic
modus of history materialistic interpretation of historical
process also contains the existential side encompassing
personal, emotional, not indifferent attitude of human
beings to the world (nature, things, other people,
themselves). These existential attitudes are also historical
as they are spiritual cognates of concrete historical
being.

Abstract
The article considers I.A. Ilyins views on
the crucial principles of culture and civilization development.
Being a creative source of civilization culture
is its core and sense of existence. The subject of culturally
creative process is a self-identifying personality
whereas nation is a molding source of culture. The task
of a cultural policy and cultural elite is to lead its people
to the highest cultural achievements through a unique
cultural act performed in the midst of the nation. The
impoverishment of cultural core is threatening for civilization.
