Abstract
The article examines an important component of the Philosophy of Education by D. Dewey - pedagogical theory of experience. In terms of this theory experience should promote the formation of child’s personality capable of using both present possibilities and «dynamics of the changing world» at its most. The theory made a basis for continuous education of each person since it was constructed on the principles of continuity of experience and interaction of objective and subjective factors the combination of which determined the value and educational potential of experience.

Abstract
The article shows how new discursive practices of the information society in their network, code-symbolic and game format can generate a new legitimate relationship or, on the contrary, strengthen the existing institutional order. It deepens the concept of «network discourse», as a specific form of communication built on the basis of mass media technologies, and reveals its semantic content and behavior mechanisms. The authors note the possibility of adverse effects of high speed information flows on the process of legitimization of public relations in cognitive and value-normative dimensions.

Abstract
Based on the futurological concept of the Third wave the article considers dissipation in modern society as a whole and education system as its constituent. The author highlights historical and social causes and possible consequences of this phenomenon. The development of the idea of dissipation is traced in the context of the synergetic concept of unstable, open systems. In conclusion the urgency of the analysis of a dissipative factor in education is stressed for realizing the progressive directions of its development.

Abstract
The article attempts to analyze the impact of emerging systemic factors of organization of a new technological order on the world economy. The conflict is designated between liberal market model based on the primacy of "I -strategies” development of the industrial society on the one hand, and the emerging model of the society with a priority of information technologies in the economy and "We - strategies «in social development on the other hand. The authors consider the problem of cooperation between Russia and the world in the process of global socio-economic modernization.

Abstract
The article deals with global trends of education development and describes them according to the main approaches to the study of the network society. Based on the characteristics and peculiarities of the network society the author reveals the impact of expanding powers of human communication on education. It is concluded that gamification as a process that combines real and virtual human activities is an effective form for organizing both full-time and distance education.

Abstract
This article considers the concept of a simulacrum in designing social and communicative environment of modern communication. The author analyzes some images possessing simulacrum character and investigates different approaches to simulacra and their philosophical and cultural definitions. On the basis of the carried-out analysis, it is concluded that the role of virtual reality increases and simulacra plat an important part in the formation of cultural values and the world outlook of a human.

Abstract
This article focuses on Sergey Bulgakov’s view of individual socialization as a basis of social renovation through three main scenarios: socialization before God, before the World and before oneself. The philosopher treated socialization in broad terms, i.e. as a multitude of aspects indispensable for a normal life where “legal and social necessity” is considered a quintessence of the whole process of socialization. He considered social renovation of personality as based on the harmony of three ways of socialization and reaching a high level of religious, ethic, social and legal obligation in a human soul.

Abstract
The article focuses on the techniques of detecting elementary automated thinking acts, which is characteristic of postmodern philosophy. The main aim of the article is to conduct a preliminary study of the grounds for converging mass and elite types of “automatic” thinking in mass communication society, which is the trend most representatives of postmodern philosophy pay special attention to. A particular emphasis in this article is put on the problem of structuring and shaping initially unconscious subjective reality.
