Abstract
The article examines the problem of text status in socio-humanitarian knowledge by applying the techniques of philosophical and philosophically hermeneutic analysis, semiotic, and cultural approaches. The conclusion is maid that abstract-structural examination of the text in semiotics has not overcome the need for treatment of the subject of knowledge performing semantic functions in “text-knowledge of the text” relations.

Abstract
The article states the model of political solidarity of unity and diversity of the world in the context of philosophy of post-non-classical science. The basic aspect of the research is the analysis of M. Foucault and J. Habermas social and political models disclosing the role of the government, political and economic unifications and civil society in building a dialogical system of tolerant communications of various subjects of the world society under conditions of globalization. The article argues that the model of political solidarity is the basis of a dialogue and rejection of confrontational methods of solving local and global contradictions.

Abstract
The article characterizes goal values and fund values in management. goal values are meaning making values of management which include people, society, state, social institutions and efficient labor. The article also analyzes the impact of such fund values as activity/passivity, freedom/dependence and trust on the nature of management, the structure of resource values of management being considered.

Abstract
The genre of “maiden tale” (devich’ya povest’) is a unique phenomenon of popular literature. In Russia this genre developed from 1894 to 1917. It was extremely fashionable with readers, especially teenage girls - its targeted audience. “Maiden tales” had a great influence on the development of feminine personality and are rather exponential from a philosophical point of view. This article discloses the ideological features of the genre and provides a detailed socio-philosophical analysis of its key works thus revealing their role in ideological struggle of the late 19th - early 20th centuries.

Abstract
The article examines the impact of mass communication on individual sovereign space and reveals ongoing peculiarities of this impact. The author discloses the role of these peculiarities in the attacks of mass communication media on society and individuals. Individual sovereignty is considered as a fundamental value underlying the positive development of social processes. It is proposed to build a system of free personal participation in mass communication process, to inculcate the taste of freedom and raise the ability to preserve independence of judgment and assessments while perceiving the bulks of information produced by mass media.

Abstract
This paper carries out socio-philosophical analysis of aesthetic evaluation of legal phenomena. The author considers some features of aesthetic appreciation of everything connected with law, legal relations, legal activities of the state and its citizens. Some aspects of the language of law, symbols of law and legal institutions are viewed aesthetically with the use of both common scientific and philosophical categories and concepts of legal sciences.

Abstract
In the process of social transition to a market economy, the value of prediction and correction of social tension is likely to grow continuously, as policy is not only appeasement of social relations, but also maintenance of a certain working - energy tension in joint activities. This article describes the results of the studies on social tension not only within academic institution, but industrial enterprise as well stressing the attributive nature of tension and conceptual approach to monitoring.

Abstract
The issue of scientific understanding of ideology is large-scale and multi-faceted. Ideologists keep on advocating that the subject of their expertise in its best manifestations allows to outline the nature of an epoch, to identify the driving forces of the global development and to provide an adequate panorama and perspective of current processes through the lens of ideals. However, in fact ideology is often used to justify implicitly cruel paradigms, serving the interests of political elites to win or retain power, and is generally aimed at polarizing social values. The article attempts at revealing the essential features of ideology and disclosing its social and spiritual roots.

Abstract
This article deals with cultural foundation, forms and patterns of the mythologem “American exceptionalism”. “American exceptionalism” was an integrating factor for American nation that brought to life three basic regularities. The author highlights the major trends in the history of the country and the dynamics of the mythologem under study and substantiates objective reasons and subjective factors which determined sustainable tendencies in the dynamics of the forms of “American exceptionalism” as well as its ties with the state policy, moral values, changes in public and individual consciousness.
