Discussion about the state and soci - ety nature in the West European philosophy of XIX century and positivism

Abstract

In the article there is analyzed the
sustentative aspect of the discussion of the nature of
state and society in the German philosophy and its
continuation in the limits of the positivist methodology.
There are revealed shared points of metaphysical
and positivist viewing of that problem: the notion of
state as a synthesis of morale and law, acknowledgement
of the persons autonomy and significance of
cultural dialogue. Simultaneously there are disclosed
some antagonisms of methodological kind: substantive
notion of the nature of state and society on the
one hand and multiple-factor analysis of their evolution
on the other hand.
