Abstract
Topos is understood as a space in social anthropological terms, as a special place, the birthplace of any configuration perceived, and the location of the transition (change, transformation) of different visible forms, and the specific place of the obviously visible, requiring no proof. The author highlights the question of how topos provides a paradoxical synthesis of the individual and general, locally unique and total. The conclusion is made that the individual and mass media topoi converge in the space of a special kind - the area of transition, intermediation and connectivity of a set of separated instances (through the variation of meaning).
