IS TEMPORALITY APORETIC? (P. RICOEUR'S THESIS AND THE PROBLEM OF THE «PRESENT»)
Abstract
The article deals with the examination of P. Ricoeur's aporia of temporality proposed in his book "Time and Narrative”. The main subject of analysis is the concept of cosmological time and its significance for the study of the problem of "present” and its ontological status. Some anti-Aristotelian approaches, whose main feature is non- reducible character of extension, to the problem of cosmological time are revealed and their contribution to solving the problem of the "present” inclusion into the characteristics of cosmological time is shown.
