https://doi.org/10.18384/2310-7227-2015-4-46-56

Abstract

This article deals with the content of the legal acts on social organization in their relatively independent existence from inanimate and living nature as well as the connection of these acts with the law. The authors justify the idea that the law as a regulator of relationships between subjects of public relations manifests itself in three guises: real law, normative law, and actual law. Each form of the law has its own unit of measurement expressed in qualitative and quantitative terms. The authors provide their own characteristic of the content of the units of the law and their manifestation in different social situations and at different stages of the development of society and the state. The authors reveal the causes and sources of the manifestation of different forms of law, as well as the tendencies of its development.
