LEGAL PHILOSOPHY IN MODERN CONDITIONS: STATUS IN SCIENCE AND EDUCATION
Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of
scientifi c status of legal philosophy, its formation and
development as an independent branch of philosophical
knowledge: its current state in foreign and domestic
science. It deals with the issues of a parity of legal philosophy
and the theory of law and state as independent,
but interconnected and interpenetrated disciplines. The
defi nition of the subject matter and methodological role
of the former and the latter in relation to specifi c legal
sciences are analyzed. An approach is substantiated to
teaching the course of philosophical and legal theory as
a component of juridical education under modern conditions.
