GLOBALIZATION AS A FACTOR OF INFLUENCE ON NATIONAL SELF-CONSCIOUSNESS DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

The article is concerned with the issues of
global and national. It studies the role of national selfconsciousness
in modern conditions, the infl uence of
national values and national value-oriented consciousness
on common processes of globalization. In terms of
globalization, ethnicity is one of the main factors determining
peoples historical future, especially at the crucial
points of social progress. The formation of national
spirituality acquires a special meaning in the context of
humanization of education as a process of transforming
universal values. It is on the soil of national interests
protection where Russian patriotism is built.
