THE SPECIFIC CHARACTER OF INTERNET COMMUNICATION

Abstract

The article touches upon the problems of virtual
reality. The author gives a short review of virtual reality.
Considerable attention is paid to the psycho-emotional component
of the communication in virtual reality. Different aims,
styles and spheres of intercourse are examined in the present
article. The article is mostly devoted to the communications in
chats. The author provides some distinguishing peculiarities
of Internet-communication such as hyper textuality, anonymity,
the absence of expressiveness of the texts.
