Young People’s Social and Political Culture and its Forming by Means of Moscow Youth Parliamentarism

The article considers the improvement of youth policy administration in Russia. The author argues the measures should be taken to increase the role of young people in the life of the society. Some proposals are made for the government to create efficiently performing youth parliament, to connect the activity of youth and public organizations. Noteworthy and proposal to develop youth policy together with the political parties of the country.
