Статья рассматривает философско-культорологиченские ас- пекты соотношения законодательства и управления. Актуальность исследования обусловлена тем, что современные законодательство и управление представляют собой некую практику культурологических, психологических и экономических образов, культурных метафор и постмодернистских, манипулятивных знаков, а культурология становится фундаментом, на котором создается концептуальная практика управления и законодательства культуры и социума.
Article considers filosofsko-kultorologichenskie aspects of a parity of the legislation and administration. The urgency of research due to the fact that current legislation and management practices constitute a kind of cultural, psychological and economic images, metaphors and postmodern culture, manipulation of symbols, and cultural studies is the foundation on which to create a conceptual management practices and legislation, culture and society.
