В статье рассматривается воздействие средств массовой комму- никации (СМК) на государство, властные институты и политические процессы в контексте системных социальных изменений. Массовая коммуникация выявля- ется в качестве источника перерождения власти и системы социальных институ- тов, приобретающих новые черты. Поставлен вопрос о развитии личности и госу- дарства с учетом дальнейшего роста влияния СМК.
Mass media communications influence the state, power institutions, political processes is considered in this article in association of system social evolution. Mass media communication is revealed as a source of regeneration of the power and the system of social institutions acquiring new features. The problem of progress development of personality and the state is risen taking consideration the further increase of the influence of mass media.
