нования человеческой определенности как глав-
ного условия самоидентификации личности в
контексте проблематики всеобщее - особенное
в трудах Канта и Гегеля с точки зрения их совре-
менной интерпретации в западноевропейской
философии. Анализируются общетеоретические
принципы, определяющие подход к антрополо-
гической проблематике и устанавливаются кате-
гориальные детерминанты, обеспечивающие фи-
лософско-правовую и социально-философскую
основу концепций двух германских мыслителей.
The article considers the matter of
the fundamental of human defi nitude being the
main condition necessary for personal self-defi nition
in terms of the dilemma of "universal - individual"
present in philosophic works by I. Kant and G.V.F. Hegel
through the prism of modern understanding of
the works in West-European philosophy. The theoretical
principles analyzed are the ones that identify the
approach to anthropological problematics. The article
establishes categorical determinants that provide
a philosophical legal and philosophical social basis of
the intentions of the two German philosophers.
