В статье рассматриваются вопросы возникновения технико-технологической безопасности как необходимого параметра развития современного общества. Автор достаточно обоснованно раскрывает условия и причины возникновения и становление данного феномена в жизни людей, а также в научных исследованиях. Он убедительно показывает, что усложнение техники и технических систем явилось фактором появления угроз жизни и деятельности людей и, соответственно, основанием изучения технико-технологической безопасности.
The article considers the emerging necessity of technical and technological safety as a requirement for the development of contemporary society. The author reveals the conditions and reasons for appearance and formation of this phenomenon in people's life and scientific studies. It is convincingly shown that the complication of technology and technical systems is a factor which threatens life and activity of people, and should become the object of scientific study.
