В статье предпринята попытка анализа виляния нарождающихся системных факторов организации нового технологического уклада в мировой экономике. Обозначен конфликт либерально-рыночной модели, основанной на приоритете «Я-стратегий» развития индустриального общества с одной стороны, и нарождающейся модели обществ с приоритетом информационных технологий в экономике и «Мы-стратегий» в общественном развитии - с другой стороны. Рассматривается проблема взаимодействия России и мира в процессе глобальной социально-экономической модернизации.
The article attempts to analyze the impact of emerging systemic factors of organization of a new technological order on the world economy. The conflict is designated between liberal market model based on the primacy of "I -strategies” development of the industrial society on the one hand, and the emerging model of the society with a priority of information technologies in the economy and "We - strategies «in social development on the other hand. The authors consider the problem of cooperation between Russia and the world in the process of global socio-economic modernization.
