В статье анализируются права человека как философская категория. С учётом сложности и многоаспектности прав человека, рассматриваемых во многих социальных и гуманитарных науках, утверждаются положения о необходимости систематизации предлагаемых понятий, построения их иерархии на основе соответствующей философской категории, выявляющей глубинную сущность данного феномена. Методология решения научной задачи опирается на положения о свободе личности, положения гуманистической картины человеческого существования. При этом в рамках гуманизма выстраиваются образы «человека рационального, экономического» и «человека гуманистического».
The article considers human rights as a philosophical category. Given the complexity and multidimensionality of human rights considered in many Social Sciences and Humanities, regulations are necessary to systematise the proposed concepts, build their hierarchies based on the relevant philosophical category revealing the essence of this phenomenon. The methodology of this research draws on the provisions of the freedom of the individual and the humanistic picture of its existence. Within the framework of humanism the images of «homo economicus» and «homo humanus» are created.
