Статья посвящена проблеме законосообразности развития общества в условиях перехода к постиндустриальной цивилизации. Многократный анализ показывает, что участившиеся социальные кризисы отражают ситуацию исчерпания возможностей общества справляться с растущим объёмом данных, что вынуждает всё больше функций передавать киберинтеллектуальным системам. Авторы приходят к выводу, что прежние закономерности уступают место новым нормам и законам, проявляя несоответствие между ними и открывающимися новыми закономерностями социального развития.
The article is devoted to the problem of the lawfulness of the development of society in conditions of transition to post-industrial civilization. Numerous analyses show that the increasing social crises reflect the situation of the exhaustion of the capacity of society to cope with the growing volume of data, which forces more and more functions to be transferred to cyberintellectual systems. The authors come to the conclusion that the former laws give way to new norms and laws, showing a discrepancy between them and the emerging patterns of social development.
