Цель. С позиций социальной философии исследовать социокультурные особенности процессов развития технологий и становление технологического сознания в условиях постиндустриализма. Для её достижения проанализированы специфика развития современных технологий и динамика постиндустриального общества, а также рассмотрен феномен технологического сознания как социальной рефлексии технологических перемен. Процедура и методы. Исследование проведено на основе взаимного дополнения деятельностного, социокультурного и формационного подходов. Первый был использован в экспликации деятельностных оснований современных технологий, второй показал сложность и диахронность социального и культурного развития современных технологий, третий способствовал уточнению модели развития постиндустриального общества. Результаты. Проведённый анализ показал, что развитие технологий в условиях современности рефлексируется на индивидуальном и общественных уровнях в рамках технологического сознания. Под «технологическим сознанием» понимается специфическая сфера общественного сознания, сформировавшаяся в результате рефлексии социальными субъектами: во-первых, над связанными с техникой и технологиями экологическими проблемами взаимоотношения человека, общества и природы, во-вторых, над вызовами и рисками, исходящими от технологий для социального развития, наконец, над угрозами и опасностями, которые технологии несут биологической, социальной и духовной природе человека. Теоретическая и/или практическая значимость. Обосновано представление, что постиндустриальная фаза социального развития последовательно развивалась в виде форм: информационное общество, общество знаний и цифровое общество.
Aim. From the standpoint of social philosophy, to investigate the socio-cultural features of the processes of technology development and the formation of technological consciousness in the conditions of post-industrialism. To achieve it, the specificity of the development of modern technologies and the dynamics of post-industrial society are analyzed, and the phenomenon of technological consciousness as a social reflection of technological changes is considered. Methodology. The research is conducted on the basis of mutual complementarity of activity, socio-cultural and formational approaches. The first was used in the explication of the activity foundations of modern technologies; the second showed the complexity and diachrony of the social and cultural development of modern technologies, the third helped to clarify the model of the development of post-industrial society. Results. The analysis showed that the development of technology in the modern world is reflected at the individual and social levels within the framework of technological consciousness. “Technological consciousness” refers to a specific sphere of public consciousness, formed as a result of reflection by social subjects: firstly, over the ecological problems of the relationship between man, society, and nature-related to engineering and technology, and secondly, over the challenges and risks to social development emanating from technologies, finally, over the threats and dangers that technologies bring to the biological, social and spiritual nature of man. Research implications. The idea is substantiated that the post-industrial phase of social development has consistently developed in the form of subsequent forms: information society, knowledge society, and digital society.
