Цель. Провести анализ применения технологии Big Data в поле цифровой экономики. Процедура и методы. Авторы делают акцент на необходимости рассмотрения правовых, этических аспектов осмысления применения данной технологии. В центре анализа - пример применения на практике технологии Big Data. Результаты. Оценивая экономическую составляющую внедрения данной технологии, можно констатировать, что технология Big Data активно пришла на помощь транспортным компаниям, банковской сфере, сфере услуг и пр., но из-за относительной молодости данной инновации ещё не успела сформироваться правовая база, которая регулирует сферу Big Data. Теоретическая и/или практическая значимость. На настоящее время нет единого решения правовой и этической стороны вопроса регулирования сферы Big Data. В работе дана всесторонняя оценка возможных рисков, связанных с последствиями тотальной цифровизации общества.
Aim. Analyze the application of Big Data technology in the field of digital economy. Methodology. The authors emphasize the need to consider the legal and ethical aspects of understanding the use of this technology. In the center of the analysis is an example of the practical application of Big Data technology. Results. Assessing the economic component of the introduction of this technology it can be stated that Big Data technology has actively come to the aid of transport companies, the banking sector, the service sector, etc. But due to the relative youth of this innovation, the legal framework that regulates the field of Big Data has not yet been formed. Research implications. It is also necessary to give a deep and comprehensive assessment of the risks associated with the consequences of the total digitalization of society. Currently, there is no single solution to the legal and ethical aspect of the issue of Big Data sphere regulating.
