Цель. Анализ содержания, структуры и эволюции феномена «физическая культура человека».

Процедура и методы

Процедура и методы. Осуществлён социально-философский анализ феномена «физическая культура человека». На базе диалектического подхода, взаимосвязи общего, особенного и единичного проанализированы его содержание и структура. Принципы развития и всеобщей связи, единства исторического и логического, социального детерминизма использованы при рассмотрении эволюции феномена «физическая культура человека».

Результаты

Результаты. Автор выявил сущность понятия «физическая культура человека» и дал характеристику её базовому, профессиональному и спортивному уровням. Определяя здоровье как ведущую ценность физической культуры человека, он обосновал оздоровительно-рекреативную, оздоровительно-реабилитационную и гигиеническую функции физической культуры человека. Было выявлено, что физическая культура человека изменялась под влиянием различных социально-экономических, политических и духовных факторов. Проведённый анализ такой эволюции позволил сделать вывод, что в настоящее время физическая культура человека ориентирована на обеспечение всестороннего развития личности для её успешного функционирования и развития в условиях информационного общества.

Теоретическая и/или практическая значимость заключается в раскрытии содержания, структуры феномена «физическая культура человека», а также в её эволюции от момента зарождения в первых человеческих общностях до современного общества.    

Aim

Aim. Analysis of the content, structure and evolution of the phenomenon of “human physical culture”.

Methodology

Methodology. A socio-philosophical analysis of the phenomenon of “human physical culture” is carried out. Based on the dialectical approach, the interrelation of the general, special and singular, its content and structure are analyzed. The principles of development and universal connection, the unity of historical and logical, and social determinism are used in considering the evolution of the phenomenon of “human physical culture”.

Results

Results. The author has identified the essence of the concept of “human physical culture” and characterized its basic, professional and athletic levels. Defining health as the leading value of human physical culture, he substantiated the health-improving, recreational, rehabilitation and hygienic functions of human physical culture. It was revealed that a person’s physical culture changed under the influence of various socio-economic, political and spiritual factors. The analysis of this evolution has led to the conclusion that at present human physical culture is focused on ensuring the comprehensive development of personality for its successful functioning and development in an information society.

Research implications

Research implications. The article reveals the content and structure of the phenomenon of “human physical culture”, as well as its evolution from the moment of its origin in the first human communities to modern society.
