Цель. Выявить специфику представлений о социальной безопасности российско-китайского приграничья в китайских исследованиях российско-китайского взаимодействия. Процедура и методы. Осуществлён анализ китайских исследований российско-китайского взаимодействия на предмет выявления в них представлений о социальной безопасности методом исторической интроспекции и концептуализации. Результаты. По итогам исследования сделан вывод о концептуализации аспектов социальной безопасности в китайских описаниях российско-китайского взаимодействия в период до 70-х гг. ХХ в. в рамках «имперской концепции», где ключевое значение имели взаимоотношения между Китаем и Россией как угрозой безопасности. Вторым результатом выступает выявление аспектов трансформации «имперской концепции» в период 80-90-х гг. ХХ в. в рамках идей, доказывающих наличие «российской угрозы», и идей, согласно которым, Россия может оказывать, как негативное, так и позитивное влияние на становление социальной безопасности. Третьим результатом является определение специфики понимания социальной безопасности в китайских исследованиях российско-китайского взаимодействия в ХХI в., где наряду с «имперской концепцией» под влиянием западной методологии, сформировалась концепция «социального регионализма», которая в качестве факторов социальной безопасности приграничного региона рассматривает широкий круг социальных процессов, таких как экономическое развитие, интеграция региона, политика, направленная на разрешение социальных проблем и противоречий, стратегии формирования регионального сознания и идентичности. Теоретическая и/или практическая значимость. Теоретическое значение исследования связывается с определением специфики китайских подходов к пониманию социальной безопасности российско-китайского приграничья. Практическое значение связано с выделением оценочных и описательных аспектов социальной безопасности в китайских концепциях и определением степени их применимости при анализе проблем развития данной социальной системы.
Aim. To identify the specifics of the ideas about the social security of the Russian-Chinese border in Chinese studies of the Russian-Chinese interaction Methodogy. An analysis of Chinese studies of the Russian-Chinese interaction is carried out in order to identify ideas about social security in them by the method of historical introspection and conceptualization. Results. The result of the study is the conceptualization of aspects of social security in Chinese descriptions of the Russian-Chinese interaction in the period up to the 70s of the XX century within the framework of the Imperial Concept, where the key importance had a relationship between China and Russia, as a threat to security. The second result is identification of the aspects of the Imperial Concept transformation in the period of 80-90s of the XX century within the framework of ideas proving the presence of “Russian threat” and ideas, according to which Russia may have both negative and positive impact on the formation of social security. The third result is determination of the specifics of social security the understanding in Chinese studies of the Russian-Chinese interaction in the XXI century, where, along with the “imperial concept”, under the influence of the Western methodology, the concept of “social regionalism” was formed, which consider as the factors of the social security of the border region a wide circle of social processes, such as: economic development, the integration of the region, the policy aimed at resolving social problems and contradictions, strategies for the formation of regional consciousness and identity. Research implications. The theoretical value of the study is associated with the determination of the specifics of Chinese approaches to understanding the social security of the Russian-Chinese border. The practical significance is related to the allocation of assessment and descriptive aspects of social security in Chinese concepts and the determination of their applicability when analyzing the problems of this social system development.
