Выявление и классификация различных позиций и их мировоззренческих оснований в историографии философии бенгальского вишнуизма или гаудия-веданты в колониальный период.</p></sec><sec><title>Процедура и методы</title><p>Процедура и методы. Проведён анализ взглядов исследователей, их идентичности и стратегии интерпретации истории, философии и образа жизни бенгальских вишнуитов. Выделены также основные проблемы философии гаудия-веданты, являющиеся предметом расхождения различных групп исследователей.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Получена классификация из четырёх групп исследователей: 1) гаудия-вайшнавы, 2) миссионеры протестанты, 3) литературоведы, 4) неоведантисты. Основные проблемы: методология исследования, божественность Чайтаньи, преемственность и моральность учения, иррационализм и системность философии гаудия-веданты. Обнаружено взаимовлияние философии гаудиев и русской философии через переписку с Л. Н. Толстым.</p><p>Теоретическая и/или практическая значимость заключается в объяснении существующего положения гаудия-веданты в академической среде Индии и позволяют более объективно подойти к исследуемому материалу.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. Identification and classification of various positions and their ideological foundations in the historiography of the philosophy of Bengali Vishnuism or Gaudiya Vedanta in the colonial period.</p></sec><sec><title>Methodology</title><p>Methodology. The analysis of the researchers’ views, their identity and strategies for interpreting the history, philosophy and lifestyle of the Bengali Vaishnavism is carried out. The main problems of Gaudiya Vedanta philosophy, which are the subject of divergence between different groups of researchers, are also highlighted.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. A classification of four groups of researchers has been obtained: 1) Gaudiya Vaishnavas, 2) Protestant missionaries, 3) literature researchers, 4) neo-vedantists. The main problems are the methodology of research, the divinity of the Chaitanya, the continuity and morality of the tradition, irrationalism and the consistency of Gaudiya Vedanta philosophy. The mutual influence of Gaudian philosophy and Russian philosophy was discovered through correspondence of Leo Tolstoy.</p></sec><sec><title>Research implications</title><p>Research implications.
